Resolution Steps

For Salesforce Classic:

  1. Navigate to Setup: Click on the Setup option in the top-right corner of your Salesforce interface.
  2. Access Security Controls: In the Quick Find box, type Security Controls and select it.
  3. Modify Session Settings: Click on Session Settings within the Security Controls section. Locate the setting that states Force relogin after Login-As-User. Deselect this option.
  4. Save Changes: Click on Save to apply your new settings.

For Lightning Experience:

  1. Open the Setup Menu: Click on the gear icon located in the upper-right corner of the screen. Select Setup from the dropdown menu.
  2. Search for Session Settings: In the Quick Find box, type Session Settings and select it from the options.
  3. Adjust Session Settings: Within the Session Settings section, find the checkbox for Force relogin after Login-As-User. Deselect this option to disable it.
  4. Save Your Changes: Click on Save to finalize your updates.
